Upcoming Application Deadline(s) for Grants

February 1, 2012, is the application deadline for the following two programs: Arts Scholarships and Artist in Residence.

The Arts Scholarships Program is designed to recognize and encourage New Brunswick students who have demonstrated exceptional artistic talent and potential, and who are pursuing a career in the arts. This program awards scholarships for full time, part time or short-term studies.

The Artist-in-Residence Program is intended for New Brunswick public or private institutions and organizations that wish to host professional artists in order to enable these artists to pursue specific projects relating to their creative work. This program is also open to individual professionals who seek to advance their creative work through participation in residency opportunities at home or outside the province. The artists in residence are to contribute to the promotion and understanding of the arts by means of the artists’ contact with the clientele of the hosting establishments.
